Statistical Process Control

xSPC focuses on analysis and review of historical data, making it an effective tool for long-term SPC analysis, management, and quality stability. In addition to extending the value of SPC data, it provides strong support for real-time online xSPC systems and helps optimize future factory process monitoring and control.

A single xSPC system can interface with multiple SPC systems and support multiple production lines and departments. It supports commonly used manufacturing control charts, including variable control charts such as XBar, R, S, and X-MR; attribute control charts such as p, np, c, and U; and weighted control charts such as EWMA and CUSUM.

Complete and Flexible Control-Rule Definition

The system provides flexible control-rule configuration logic, allowing users to freely define the control rules they need. It also provides commonly used international standard control rules, such as the Nelson Rules and the Western Electric Rules (WECO Rules), balancing ease of configuration with flexibility.

Agile Management Automation

The system provides five commonly used SPC management reports: automatic OOC/OOS Summary exception aggregation, automatic Process Capability aggregation, Alarm History records, Event Summary detailed lists, and automatic Control Limit Review Summary checks.
